Small Sealing Pipe Plugs

All Rubber Plugs from 1½″ to 12″, 36 PSI. Made of special SBR (Styrene-butadiene rubber) rubber, these pipe plugs are ideal for testing of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Available in multi-size versions for pipes from 2″ to 8″ in diameter. Due to high quality materials and workmanship, all Sava pipe plugs have a minimum safety factor of 3, ensuring a high level of reliability and safety.

Small Sealing Pipe Plugs with By-Pass

Long Plugs with 2 Stage Control

Used for blocking and testing laterals and Y joints with air or water. Long Plugs are equipped with a 3 ft. (1m) inflation hose, chain and over-size capture-disc for remote placement, and retrieval.

Plugs can be easily inserted at an angle through connections into a main pipe. Sealing of each end is controlled separately by an internal two-stage controller.

Multi-Size Gas Bag Pipe Plugs

Sava Gas Plugs can be inserted through small cavities and expanded inside the pipe. Anti corrosive brass design is ideal for gas and liquid applications where spark resistant materials are required. Sava gas plugs are noted for their high resistance to backpressures, up to 15 PSI.

Sava Gas Plugs are compact and can be hot-tapped through a very small opening, into gas mains, under pressure. Bypass, repairs, section replacement and testing can be done without interruption of utility service. Sava Plugs are available with sensor or without.

All pipe plugs are equipped with quick-connect couplings and nipples. These pipe plugs are equipped with either a 1″, 2″ or 4″ flexible flow-through, depending on the pipe plug size. A female NPT thread allows for insertion of air test adapters for line acceptance testing.

Protective Sleeves

These heavy-duty protective sleeves are ideally suited for rental operations by considerably extending life of the pipe plugs. They also offer additional puncture resistance protection from damage caused by sharp objects in the pipe. Sleeves are very easy to install.

Pillow Shaped Pipe Plugs

Ideal for large pipes when access is limited. When deflated they can be folded up, then inserted through a standard manhole and then inflated.

Standard sizes range from 2′ up to 9′ diameter, with or without bypass for testing and flow through. Generally, a pillow shaped pipe plug can be inserted through an opening 1⁄3 the diameter of the pipe.

New Design! Pillow Shaped Pipe Plugs

Ideal for large pipes when access is limited. When deflated they can be folded up, then inserted through a standard manhole and then inflated. Standard multi-sizes range from 24″ up to 80″ diameter. Plugs come with or without bypass (for testing and flow through).

Special composite construction allows greater multi-size range and higher backpressure. New design plugs are 33% lighter than traditional pillow plugs. The new composite material design insures greater strength, durability and longer life.
