Desflex Compact Flanges

Destec Engineering compact flanges are manufactured to meet considerable weight and size saving compared with standard ANSI flanges, but at the same time maintaining a high integrity joint. The design ensures more resistance to external bending and cannot be overstressed by excessive tightening of bolts.

Compact flanges are equipped with 'D' type metal metal seals to ensure minimum fluid seal diameter and a smooth bore through the flange. Designed to meet ASME/ANSI B31.3 Allowable Stresses, and Stress Analysis methodology to AMSE VII,Div 1, App2.
